- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The dentists are very competent and I can recommend them but the customer service is lacking. I work 9-5 and to go to the dentist I need to use up holiday time from work. At the day of my appointment my dentist was running late due to her car breaking down. Reception required me to physically remain on the premises to be seen later on that day, which I explained I could not do because I had booked a GP appointment for the same day which required me to pop out for 30 minutes. I asked them to let me remain in the queue to be seen even if I had to pop out because I had used up holiday time from work to see the dentist but they said that's not how it works in their surgery and that I would have to reschedule. I felt they had no interest at all in making the customer feel satisfied and welcome and would rather stick to procedure than to be flexible and accommodating. I was treated like a bother for requesting to be seen later on even though I had to pop out for a while thus not complying with their procedures.
